IF AN APPLICANT PROVIDES A PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT, THE LANDLORD IS PROHIBITED FROM CHARGING THE APPLICANT A RENTAL APPLICATION FEE OR ANY FEE TO ACCESS OR USE THE PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT.

Please be prepared to pay the application fee as stated in the property listing. Along with this rental application, you will be required to provide a valid form of identification and proof of income.

To complete your application with Valor Pro LLC, you must provide at least three (3) years of residential history, including contact information for your rental references. You will also need to include details about your monthly income. Please note that your gross monthly income must be at least two (2) times the amount of the monthly rent.

Each applicant aged 18 or older must complete and submit a separate rental application.
